Gosh damnit! Misconceptions about LOVE is ruining a lotta lives. If a damn murder would be the solution to a love failure, how the heck is it supposed to be a LOVE? Don't even call it 'FAKE LOVE'. Just call it attraction, lust or whatever the beep slips out of your lips.
Now, Being in a relationship has become the silly fad of the 21st century. People wish for one just because they want to flaunt in stories and have a status "Committed." They don't ensure if they really want that relationship. So, Mozhachu moonu ela vizha munnaadiyae, with unrealistic expectations and misconception, Noobs jump into love by conceiving themselves a pro(Truth: PRO as a NOOB) They start to believe that the wind and breeze blows for them like they watch in their movies.
In general, 'Love' is just a verb like 'play' and 'fight'. But because of the impact of one of the most influential industries(movies) in the current scenario, Its meaning has been changed completely. Movies portray LOVE in an unrealistic mad way which only suits the screen but not a common human's life. In movies, Directors point a whitewashed lady with aegyo in front of a 6 ft guy labelled as the hero of the movie and run the butterflies from their nasty dead wallet by playing a sick ass symphony as BGM and portray it as love. But actually it's just ATTRACTION. Think about it. How the heck does a love start at the first sight?(Exclusive of few rare cases) In most cases, People misunderstand 'Attraction' as 'Love' without complete emotional maturity. And most of that cases happen because of the skin color or lust.
Though open talks can solve this poppycock, People just add a 18+ tag and taboo it. They start behaving like the three wise monkeys by covering their eyes, ears, mouth and pretend good. But however these phonies manage to keep a superficial track of the topic by their uncovered sense(IYKWIM)
Another evil thing about movies is their portrayal of whites as beautiful. It shows white as fresh and black as dilapidated. It paves the way for racism by prioritizing white people and so it hits the other color people terribly. I don't know who the heck started it, but it's flooded now. We must have dislodged its roots at the very early stage but we failed. So, from now on, Better don't encourage this kind of weeds to even germinate.
Moreover, media has also planted a new meaning for words like BF, GF, relationship and ruined the beauty of these words. As everything has been linked with sexual body-based contact by prioritizing sex, now we gotta move towards some new words like skinship. Today, somehow the whole world is running for sex and money. it might be a hard pill to swallow but that's the fact💁♂️
I'm not a love Guru but my understanding of LOVE is that it's just an emotion of showing our affection to our loved ones. It's just the one we show to our parents and friends where we have no room for any external factors like race, wealth and structure. Moreover, relationship is just another relation in our life. it's just another commitment. If we don't care, It'll slip away. It will be great if people understand this.
Furthermore, conceiving our life is incomplete without another soul is hogwash. If someone rejects you, Take it as a pill to grow, not as a pill to die. Obviously, Growth pill is painful but it never fails to illuminate you brighter than you were earlier. But the suicidal pill only vanishes you forever, Never make you shine again. Think about it. Also, Don't hate someone for their rejection because everyone has a unique choice of selection. Like YOU loving aunties, unlike the rest who love girls is an example. And in fact, Their rejection is the one which can make you realize how many greater commitments you have to focus on. So, rather than cursing them, just thank them.
